URY_Side_Dump_Gon_401

This is based on URY side dump gon 302. This is interactive for coal with smoke and sound.
NOTE! Operation of this car is by manual control. Many thanks to Paul Cass for the script
file to make it work. Modified by Pitkin to work with Ben Dorsey Tipple. When the car is
in position, a dialog window will specify the unloading. This version modified to send a
message to the vehicle. Some vehicles do not perform the load and unload animations when
the product queue is set. Most vehicles will simply ignore the message since it will not
match one of their message handlers.
