Elanmere

A small branch terminus in Wales. It`s location means that both LMS and GWR locos can be seen operating, the latter more regularly seen. During the steam shake up of the 1950`s however, many different locomotives were seen on the line, including Eastern and Southern Region locomotives. The small refuelling depot is topped up with coal from mines to the north but a variety of traffic can be seen on this line. Engines arrive through a tunnel that leads from a fiddle yard.
