Reskin of nexusdj's version of Rumour3's original work to represent a pre-grouping Class 66 in GWR colours.

Thanks to robd for the numberplate and especially to nexusdj for the numberplate mesh.

Loco has Modified lighting , couplings and brake pipes as per actual loco.
Uses a lighting script from Eldavo
