BR MK3a CO ScotRail

MK3a loco hauled Composite Open in ScotRail livery as operated in the 1980s.

These Mk3s were used mainly on Edinburgh-Glasgow push/pull trains marshalled as Class 47 + TSO + TSO + TSO + FO + Mk2DBSO (the FO was later replaced with a CO), the loco being at the Glasgow end of the train. The sets laterally saw service on a limited number of Glasgow-Aberdeen push/pull trains, a catering trolley providing refreshments on the longer distance route.

This asset uses a new Mk3 bodyshell produced by JN114 with alterations and new remapped texture by nexusdj and revised textures by N3V from the HST Mk3. Originally reskinned by paulsw2 (thanks for allowing me to use window textures), subsequently reskinned by pfx with kind permission of nexusdj. Original license still applies. DO NOT reskin.

Vehicle uses a HTML script to switch between a flashing tail lamp or the carriage integral tail lamps .
These work correctly when the vehicle is at the rear of the train
