Sig LMS UQ 15ft home offset

An LMS resricted height signal with the arm offset from the post. This signal was designed for locations where it was important to get the red aspect as close as possible to drivers eye level. Meshes created by myself, with much help and textures from Chrisaw, based on the models by bloodnok.
