The VIA Rail Observation Car is a type of railroad passenger car, generally operated in a passenger train as the last carriage, with windows on the rear of the car for passengers' viewing pleasure.The dome observation-lounge cars in use on the train since 1955. The car has setting for 49 passengers + 9 in the 4 bed rooms. ( this car only shows 49 passengers Bed Rooms not all was in ues )
