Steel Industry - Continuous-Process Strip Mill - Seasonal PBR

This is a terrible short time fix enhancement of Steel Industry - Continuous-Process Strip Mill by Madeline Usher. It has been upgraded with new PBR textures and smooth shading on the pipes, but thats about it. Needs a new model from scratch honestly, but I've got no time for that for now so this will stick around as a placeholder for now. Not much optimisation was done, it still has way more drawcalls than what I usually do nowadays so don't use too many of these at once and still uses some original low-res onetex materials. Added snow textures, primitive LOD and also cut the Drawcalls in half (its now got 13 instead of 26)
