Physic for the Victorian Railways EE Class 0-6-2 Tank Locomotive built by Phoenix Foundry Ballaarat 1893 and David Munro E Class converted to 0-6-2 from 1923 and re-boilered to the Larger 170 PSI Boiler.

NOTES: This is setup with the idea to keep the boiler hot while stationary without the need to use the blower.
