During 1994 two hundred opened wagons classed VOBX, VOCX and VOFX where recoded to ROBX being transfered to National Rail Corporation, from January 1995 some where recoded into other classes for either Steel Slab Traffic or Steel Coil Traffic for running on either Broad Gauge and Standard Gauge and where coded RKCX, ROJX, RKLX and RKUX.

This model represents the Type 4 ELX converted to RKUX 156 from January 1995 on Broad Gauge, this wagon was transfered to Standard Gauge in April 1995, Step's created by Zec.
