SAP_Sidewalk_Concrete_Spline_2_PBR

A slightly weathered unfinished concrete sidewalk with a control joint spline 5 feet wide (1.524 meters), 10 feet long (3.048 meters) and 6 inches thick (0.1524 meters). Uses 2K non-parallax PBR textures. May be re-skinned (see the license) and the Blender 4.3.2 FBX file have has been included for this purpose. Designed for use with PBR ground textures. Poly count for each section is = 12.
