DG Gunnison Roundhouse-1937

Modified 2026 to allow the base to blend with the ground around the building, as it was hard to make it look as one with the surroundings.I have modified some textures, the model is close to the original (I have activated the track that comes up alongside the right hand side of the building) However there appears to be an extra track that runs left of the building towards the coal tower in the yard,there are three- there should only be two. .The original roundhouse was smaller and dates from the 1880s.It was extended in the mid 1930s to accommodate larger locomotives.
Side walls should be of mix of stucco and stone, which was probably DRGW red ,not brick. This is the roundhouse on the D&RGW narrow gauge located at Gunnison, Colorado
and was based on a John W. Maxwell plan dated 5/24/1937. This represents as built but with a 65 ft turntable. The dirt surrounding the turntable pit is MAN6_dirt_2 (kuid:63290:21111). There are 2 invisible tracks (track-3 and track-15) outside the roundhouse walls which can be ignored if not wanted or utilized
by changing the kuid in the sections of the attached-track list to either rail-only track or MAN6 Narrow
Gauge Track. If not wanted, the turntable can be prevented from stopping at the invisible tracks by:
1. Deleting the values 48 and 228 for track 15 from the angle entry in the config file.
2. Deleting the values 132 and 312 for track 3 from the angle entry in the config file.
They can be put back if you change your mind.
