SAR 500 - TS12 SP1

These locomotives were built by the SAR Islington Workshops during 1964-1969, and were the most versatile shunting units in service in Australia. The 500 Class were responsible for the final displacement of the tired Rx Class 4-6-0 of the Rushton era.
