L&YR 1 plank wagon double sided brake JAG ACS

A L&YR 1 plank wagon with double sided brakes. Two large crate loads, a portable steam engine and a traction engine are provided as product loads.
This update removes product loads previously included that were not for TS2012 Build 3.5.


This is the original single plank wagon that is provided for reskinning. Paul Dutton provided input to the texture file.

The JAG System developed by Kessica is script being used for the lamp handling effects and ACS Coupling. Chris Nawlins gave lots of feedback.

It has two levels of LOD and culls both the bogeys and ACS couplings so should be performance friendly.
