17_5 chassis GER drop side 3 plank V3-01 w JAG

17_5 chassis is a group of wagons and vans specifically designed to run on lower end machines.
If you run a group of them together the repeating chassis means a lower machine impact and higher frame rates.

Sections of a photo texture from Chris Whiting were used in part to make the GER mechanidise wagon textures. Chis Whiting retains copyright.

A texture file to replace the one by LLJ is included (Lumber 16ft <kuid2:30671:94407101:2>).

The JAG System developed by Kessica is script being used for the lamp handling effects and ACS Coupling. Chris Nawlins gave lots of feedback.

It has two levels of LOD and culls both the bogeys and ACS couplings so should be performance friendly.
