This operating session is intended to familiarize you with the Effingham Electric Railroad. You are the engineer in charge of an EERR electric locomotive. Here are your tasks for the morning:

1) Proceed to Harlan Bakery East, pick up the two empty covered hoppers there, and use them to reach the other empty covered hopper at the end of the Harlan Bakery West spur.

2) Pick up the flat car loaded with 20' containers at Pike North Transload.

3) Pick up the box car loaded with general goods at TQW Crossdock.

4) Pull the string of cars into the siding bypassing Mid-Illinois Concrete, then run around them and pick up the flat cars loaded with bulldozers and attachments at CSXT-EFRR Interchange S.

5) Set out the flat cars at Mid-Illinois Concrete.

6) Couple to the south end of the string of cars you left on the siding, proceed to CSXT-EFRR Interchange S, and set them out.

7) Pick up the empty covered hoppers at Hodgson Mill - Grain.

8) Pick up the box cars at TQW 4.

9) Pick up the flat car at NJC East, coupling it directly in front of your locomotive. You'll need it as a reacher car later.

10) Set out your string of cars (except the flat car) at SJC Storage Track, then couple to the string of cars at CN-EFRR Interchange N.

11) Add the cars you set out at SJC Storage Track to the end of your train, then set them out at CN-EFRR Interchange N.

12) Set out the gondolas loaded with round stock at SJC Transload, including the 'reacher' flat car.

13) Set out the tankers loaded with diesel at NJC West.

14) Set out the box cars loaded with paper at TQW 5.

15) Set out the covered hopper loaded with plastic pellets at Hodgson Mill - Transload.

16) Set out the tanker loaded with corn sweetener at Hodgson Mill - Liquid.

17) Return your locomotive to your starting point, on the north side of Total Quality Warehouse.

If you operate efficiently and at realistic speeds, this session should take approximately 75 minutes to complete.
